Do they make after market parts for this, any usefull information will help. I know that their is a damaged wall there but, i believe that may be a simpler job and requires no replacment parts. All i can tell needs true replacement is the vent housing. I know i'll need to go and purchase new vent flaps because mine are all rusty and when doing one, you do the othere side as well right? Just being thorough...
