Check the event planner................. we stay in Shippensburg at the Best Western. Randy posted the number there.......... nice hotel... Great pool !!! We normally get there on Wednesday afternoon and then hit the Carlisle fairgrounds early Thursday morning to get a decent spot ! Call asap.... they fill up fast ! Most of us are set up a year in advance !!!

Most of us on the forum got them from Andy. He's "andy76" on the forum here ! I'm not sure if he's got any more sets or not. He had them listed in the "For Sale" section...... all the info is still there! He was trying to get the script done too, but there was not enough interest !

There also might be a few sets floating around with some members on the forum here. I'm not sure if I've got an extra set or not..... I'll look !!! Also "Sharkey1807" was working on the sharks and script, but don't know if he's still working on them or not. He was having some issues with getting a material that would accept chrome.

I had my "Mako Shark II" script done out of polished stainless steel, so it's flat and not three dimensional, but it still looks good ! I had a girl at Carlisle do my script........... They'll be at Carlisle this year also......... or I can email you the contact info !

Diane sent me some thin 3M tape strips, but I had some which I cut to match the entire shape of the script. It was a PITA....... but I felt more comfortable that it would stay exactly where I wanted it and have no bare gaps behind it ! Took me an evening to cut out and do !

if you go into lasering other emblems, do it the easy way.
Put the double sided 3M tape on the steelplate before youlaser out the script.
The laser easily will cut also trough the layer of tape.
So no longer evenings of manually cutting the tape with risk of fingers get cut too. SMILE

Mine are to heavy to attach with tape.
Will have to screw them, heck i need to find 2mm screws and a drill.
Have now guess since half a year the scripts polished and they still shine like crazy. Probably will skip the step with chrooming them as it looks like they remain shiny. Just a layer of clear coat.
Have to start over with this project too.
