They will probably go for more than I want to spend, thats usually the case. Your neighbors don't complain about you working there??. 25 vettes- I wish I could say that. I was lucky to have the ones I did. Too much money. Your crankin on the red car . At this rate, you will be done in a year. You do have alot of work to do. I'm surprised with no exhaust, that the engine wasn't seized. How did you find that one??. Were those pic's of it near the fence in Florida?? Just a tech tip A prior board member (from FL) owned the car, he supplied the "older" pictures of the car. Neighbors complain? About Randy? "RE: The Red Shark" Jan-19-05, 11:57 PM (EDT) Thanks, I wasn't sure if moisture getting into the heads would create a problem.I was asking about it being stored for years without manifolds on it. Randy's reputation- it's nice to be the king huh??? My neighbors don't complain (except after 11pm) ,because I also work on their cars too. "RE: The Red Shark" Mar-26-06, 11:32 AM (EDT) Terry, at this point, I don't think Randy is selling the car anymore. I was made the offer when he first got it, before getting into it's build-up. He is intop it now. I can't speak for him, but I think he will stay with this one, as it is very rare, being one of a small handfull of 'short-tails'. Keep your eyes out here for others. If you have the money, and want to buy a complete custom one done, look at Tony Ta's owners page.
