"RE: Roadtrip" Oct-10-14, 05:21 AM (EDT) Saw the Car in 2004 in the Chips Choice display. Alex ( my son ) drove it up through the Carlisle fairgrounds about 8 years ago. The time just seemed "right". Plus the seller lives about 140 miles from me. We drove the car home last Saturday . 1978 Greenwood Turbo GT. The first one built. Bought the car with 9,900 miles. Blow Through Turbo design.( Like I know what that is? LOL ). BUT, one thing is for sure, I'm learning. Koni coil overs..L-82.. 5 link suspension.. Heavy duty tanny etc... Car has 420 HP. Previous owner of whom many of you know ( just dont want to name them) told me years ago at Carlisle, he and John Greenwood sat in the car while John explained to him about how the car was built and the design. Thrilled to have it.. Now to pay for it..
