"I'm thrilled; with a big grin on my face"
Jan-17-12, 06:48 PM (EDT)
Hi Guys,

today i received a mail which really thrilled me.
It was from Scott Teeters, the editor of the Corvette Report.

The first word which came into my mind was a simple "WOW".
And then a big grin.

My Mako is even not finished but Steve and me made it into the latest Corvette Report.

Too cool......

I'm glad to see you used my Motion Maco in your gallary
but you mis-spelled my name. Bryan Culver

I did spot a few cars that were not maco's rather
custom built looking simular to a maco.

Do we consider half's to be maco's?

Hi Bryan,

of course already corrected your name. Sorry for the wrong spelling.

Personally i don't judge if a Corvette with a front or rear clip is a Mako or not.
For some is for some not.
Fact is they can't be called wether full Corvette nor full/complete Mako.
So how to name them ?
In my opinion easiest and best describtion is Half-Mako.

Maybe in the near future i will let the complete Makos in the existing gallery and split the Half-Makos into a new gallery.
More and more the gallery is getting loading problems and it takes quite a while till all is loaded.
Just today will have to add another 3 new entries.

Greetings
Robert

I can hardly believe it.

Scott teeters, the editor of CorvetteReport and VETTE magazine took the time to go trough our whole website.

He liked how Steve documented the build process, and decided not only to write another article but to follow the project.

While we was anyway out in a club i made a "happy dance".

Ahhh, almost forgot to put the link:
