Thought I'd post a couple of pix.................


doors on
window glass in
jamb-tac's installed and functioning...........
aftermarket door locks work great w/fob

oh yeah....................... the doors work !!!

Got some new power window motors on order, the best set of old ones I installed just don't have quite enough oomph to do the job....... always something !!!

Finally, working doors!!! Glad to see that someone is working in their garage this winter... Been too cold around my place...

Kinda reminds me of one I used to have...

Hope you finish it and have it in Carlisle this year, I hope to be driving something different too. (or at least modified)

Randy, here's what I was telling you about today............

got one side done.....the pix don't show the grill up real well, but it doesn't look too bad. I'm gonna try to get the passengers side done by the end of the week.

Are you fabricating your grills out of 1/4" or 3/8" round stock?
The driver's side really looks good...can't wait to see both sides
done. Great to see progress being made on your project!!! Marv

Rick, was the front spoiler on your car when you bought it? My front end doesn't as yet have one, but I'm thinking I want to go with the same style as yours.

Anyone, any site recommendations to check out front spoiler or air dam options?

I got 1/4" aluminum rod. I just finished the passengers side tonight and I'm much more pleased with it ! Got a new buffer in the other day, so I'm gonna polish it with the buffing wheel instead of just Mothers mag polish and steel wool.

I'll probably go back and replace a few rods on the drivers side to even some uneven spots !!!!!

The spoiler is part of the front bonnet.................. all one molded piece !!! I'm thinking I saw a similar bolt on spoiler somewhere, I'll see if I can find it and let you know ! Rick

I have had good luck with ACI for aftermarket hoods, etc.
Take a look...http://www.acivette.com/
Check out their show schedule for a show near you,
then see the part in person. They take a semi load
of their inventory to shows like Carlisle and Effingham.
My contact is Gary Everett who has been around for a long
time with the company. If you explain what your are looking for,
Gary is the guy who can get it done.
